About Princess Juliana International Airport (SXM)

Princess Juliana is a beautiful airport nestled between Maho Beach, Simpson Bay, and the Simpson Bay Lagoon on St. Maarten, Dutch West Indies. It is famous for its extremely low aircraft approaches over Maho Beach, which are all visible from nearby Sunset Beach Bar. Signs warn thrill seekers of the possibility of death or severe injury from the jet blast, but people tend to have short memories. Cars have been blown off the road, and people have been blown into the water. Awesome!
